SourceSignal is a continuously updated dataset of commercially relevant public information — structured, classified and tied back to its original source. It monitors approved public sources for new projects, procurement, planning, contracts, expansion and infrastructure activity.

Approved public information only: planning registers, procurement portals, contract publications, official notices and similar documented public sources. Coverage will be documented by source rather than represented as a claim of complete national coverage.

Lead databases usually start with “who is the company?”. SourceSignal starts with “what is happening?”. A company can sit in a database for years; the commercial event you are interested in might publish today. The dataset tracks commercial movement — new projects, facilities, tenders, contracts and planning activity — as it emerges.

Development begins in the United Kingdom as the launch market, with US source coverage planned as part of the first release. Coverage will be documented by source.

Two levels of access are planned: a free tier (one industry or niche, 3-hour intelligence delay, core dataset access) and a paid tier at a planned £99 / month (unlimited industries and niches, immediate intelligence and alerts, UK + US coverage, full source and evidence context). Pricing will be confirmed before launch.
